Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
Refunds are only issued if:
• The product arrives damaged or defective, and
• You notify us within 3 business days of delivery with photo evidence.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after confirmation.

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
We will send the correct product at no additional cost.
